At Bildt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
At BILDT, we're building more than modular healthcare facilities—we're building the future of industrialized construction. As a relationship-focused construction and manufacturing company, we combine the innovation of off-site manufacturing with the expertise of construction professionals to deliver high-quality, repeatable solutions for our clients. We're looking for a collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and construction and is passionate about helping teams work smarter, build better, and continuously improve.
In this role, you'll serve as a key technical leader supporting project teams from concept through fabrication readiness. You'll apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) principles to help define project scope, establish manufacturing and site-built boundaries, review design and fabrication models, and identify opportunities to improve constructability, quality, and efficiency. Working closely with architects, engineers, VDC professionals, estimators, production teams, and trade partners, you'll help ensure designs align with manufacturing capabilities, logistics requirements, and installation strategies while driving consistency across active projects.
