Who We Are
Garage and Glass of Arkansas is a commercial door and glass contractor serving Arkansas, Oklahoma, and surrounding markets. We run two divisions - Commercial Overhead Doors (service, repair, and installation) and Commercial Glass - with a team that does bonded public and private work, school and government projects, and commercial new construction. We're growing and need someone to grow with us.
The Role
This role covers two areas of the business - Commercial Overhead Door sales and project operations. We're looking for someone who can build customer relationships, manage active projects across both divisions, and support our estimating process. We don't expect you to walk in the door knowing everything. We'll train you on the technical side and build your responsibilities over time. What we need from day one is someone organized, personable, and eager to grow.
You'll learn directly from senior leadership and have a real path to grow within the company.

- Represent the company professionally in the field and in front of customers
Project Management & Estimating
Over time, you will take ownership of:
- Manage projects from award through final billing
- Build and maintain job schedules; coordinate crew across both divisions
- Track material lead times, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules
- Serve as day-to-day contact for GCs and owners during construction
- Handle RFIs, change orders, close-out packages, and lien waivers
- Learn to read architectural drawings and build estimates for commercial glass and overhead door projects
- Manage the submittal process with GCs - product data, shop drawings, compliance docs
- Keep our field management software current

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active jobs without dropping the ball
- Clear communicator with customers, GCs, and field crews
- Comfortable in the office, in the field, and in front of customers
- Willing to learn specialized software and trade-specific estimating from scratch
- Prior experience in commercial doors, glass, or specialty contracting is a plus - but not required. We'll teach the right person.
