CampHouse Marketing is looking for a full-time Video Editor & Content Producer to join our growing team.
This role is primarily focused on video editing and post-production, with additional responsibilities in content creation and on-location production. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, has strong editing instincts, and can step behind the camera when needed.
This position will play a key role in fulfilling a newly established long-term client partnership, while also supporting content creation across other CampHouse Marketing projects.
CampHouse Marketing is currently operating remotely, working from home and traveling to clients for onsite shooting. An office environment may be coming soon, work-environment flexibility is required.
Primary Responsibilities
Video Editing (Primary Focus)
- Edit short-form video content for social media platforms
- Assemble content from existing asset libraries, b-roll, and newly captured footage
- Create polished, platform-ready deliverables optimized for engagement
- Add motion graphics, captions, and basic animations when needed
- Organize and manage media assets efficiently
- Maintain consistency across multiple client brands
Content Production
- Assist with on-location shoots
- Operate cameras and production equipment during content shoots
- Capture b-roll, product footage, and supporting content
- Support lighting, audio, and general production setup
- Travel for monthly production shoots as required
Creative Collaboration
- Work directly with CampHouse Marketing on content direction and execution
- Help identify opportunities to repurpose content into multiple deliverables
- Collaborate on improving production workflows and creative systems
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong proficiency in CapCut Pro
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Understanding of social-first content editing
- Strong pacing, storytelling, and visual instincts
- Experience shooting video with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Basic understanding of lighting and audio fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and file management
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines consistently
Bonus if you have:
- Photography experience
- Motion graphics experience
- Experience working with commercial brands
- Social media content editing experience
Position Details
- Full-time
- Contract-dependent position
- Compensation: $19–$25/hour (based on experience)
- No benefits at this time (but hopefully will change with time)
- Monthly travel may be required
This position is being created primarily to support a newly secured client contract and will also contribute to other CampHouse Marketing projects. While CampHouse is committed to building long-term opportunities, continued employment is tied in part to the continuation of client work and business needs.
