The Role
We're looking for a skilled, experienced Videographer & Editor to join our in-house Video Production Team. This isn't an entry-level role — we need someone who can walk in on day one, understand the Meta advertising ecosystem deeply, and immediately begin producing high-performing paid video ads that drive real results.
Your primary mission is to create scroll-stopping Meta Ad creative that our Paid Media team can test at volume and scale. You know what makes someone stop mid-scroll. You understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, and the nuances of what performs on Facebook and Instagram feeds, Reels, and Stories. You've done it before, you have proof of it, and you're hungry to do it again.
This role reports directly to the Video Producer.
What You'll Do
Primary — Paid Media Creative (Meta Ads)
- Concept, film, and edit a high volume of Meta Ad creatives (video and mixed-media) for ZipString Original, ZipString Luma, ZipString Aracna, and all upcoming ZipString products
- Build ad creative that consistently meets and exceeds the Video Team's KPIs — hook rate, hold rate, click-through rate, ROAS, and more
- Produce enough ad volume to give the Paid Media team a robust library of variants to test
- Iterate rapidly based on performance data — understand what's working, kill what isn't, and double down on what converts
- Develop creative concepts and briefs in collaboration with the Video Producer and Paid Media team
Secondary — Organic Short-Form Content
- Shoot and edit short-form content for ZipString's social media accounts:
- TikTok —
- Instagram —
- Facebook —
- YouTube —
- Help build content pipelines for our growing long-form YouTube presence as we expand into long-form video strategy
UGC Campaign Support
- Assist in coordinating and running UGC campaigns with ZipString's creator network
- Review, select, and edit UGC footage into usable ad and organic content
- Communicate briefs and feedback clearly to external UGC creators
Miscellaneous Production
- Film and edit Hero Videos for new ZipString product launches
- Assist in other production projects as needed (e.g., brand videos, website assets, trade show content)
- Attend domestic toy trade shows a few times per year to film bulk content on location
What You Bring
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven, multi-year track record of creating high-performing Meta Ads — please come ready to show your work and results
- Deep familiarity with what makes paid video creative convert on Facebook and Instagram
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Media Encoder
- Experienced shooting on mirrorless cameras (Sony cameras preferred) and iPhone
- Skilled in audio recording, lighting for studio shoots, and on-location lighting setups
- Comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite — you're just as confident in one as the other
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics / visual effects is a plus)
- Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or DTC brand video production
- Experience coordinating UGC creator campaigns

Requirements
- This role requires domestic travel a few times per year (toy trade shows)
- Must be able to work full-time, in-office at our Suwanee, GA location
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must have a portfolio demonstrating Meta Ad creative performance — results matter
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 Depends on experience
