Hiring: Full-Time Welder / Fabricator

What We Offer

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (higher based on your experience).
Schedule Options: Choose between two full-time schedules:
5-Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
4-Day Shift: Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts, enjoy 3-day weekends!)

Key Responsibilities

Welding & Fabrication: Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding to join metals according to industry standards.
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate metal components.
Equipment Operation: Use plasma cutters, press brake machines, hand/power tools, and pipe threading equipment to cut and shape sheet metal.
Precision Measurement: Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and basic math for layout and material estimation.
Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment to lift and move heavy materials.
Assembly & Compliance: Assist with mechanical assembly, machining, and soldering while strictly following ASME codes and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in welding (MIG, TIG, FCAW) and sheet metal fabrication.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and weld schematics.
Experience with standard shop equipment, press brakes, plasma cutters, and precision measuring tools.
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Excellent attention to detail, strong math skills, and a commitment to safety.
Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
