Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Limousine Chauffeur and/or Bus Drivers to provide safe, reliable, and exceptional transportation services for our clients. This position involves operating luxury SUVs, limousines, shuttle vans, and buses for airport transfers, corporate transportation, special events, weddings, tours, group charters, and more. The ideal candidates demonstrate excellent driving skills, outstanding customer service, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including luxury SUVs, limousines, shuttle vans, and passenger buses (Only bus drivers are required to hold a CDL).
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist passengers with luggage and special transportation needs.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, appearance, and readiness for service.
- Follow assigned schedules, routes, and dispatch instructions.
- Monitor traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Complete trip logs, inspection reports, and required company documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, office staff, and clients regarding trip updates and schedule changes.
- Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT), PUC, state, and local regulations.
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement required for buses.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record reviews.
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, bus driver, shuttle driver, commercial driver, or transportation professional preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, airports, hotels, and event venues.
- Ability to use GPS navigation and mobile communication devices.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing 50+ pounds.
- Ability to assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles when needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work Schedule
- All positions are part-time.
