Emerald Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Data Entry Clerk to support our Purchasing team by accurately entering, maintaining, and updating purchasing data. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the purchase of MRO items and reorder points

Assists buyers with order entry, rescheduling, and expediting requests
-
Tracks orders to ensure timely delivery and follows up as needed to confirm changes

Prepares reports for review and may take action based on department need
-
May assist with quoting and order entry of quick turn orders
-
Interfaces with Emerald Technologies Medford’s supply base daily. This activity may be performed via email, phone, or in person

QUALIFICATIONS:

Computer skills in Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook required. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, required. Able to work effectively with others required. Excellent math skills.

Interfaces with all functional departments within Ascentron. Must possess outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Occasionally meets with vendors, including in-person meetings, Teams calls, and location visits.

Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills and ability to manage time well. Must be a team player and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
