Full Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman/Sales Coordinator to spearhead sales efforts for our crumb rubber and rubber mulch materials and tire collection accounts. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of these products, including their production processes and diverse applications. Also, seek for new accounts for used tire pick up and disposal service. This role is critical in effectively communicating product benefits to clients and driving significant sales growth in our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Generate and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities specifically for crumb rubber and rubber mulch through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service while understanding their specific needs and how our products and services can meet them.
Product Expertise: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the versatility, benefits, and various applications of crumb rubber and rubber mulch.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted sales strategies and promotional materials that highlight our products' environmental and performance advantages.
Quotation Management: Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely submission while following up for order confirmations and addressing customer feedback effectively.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies, staying updated on trends related to crumb rubber and rubber mulch applications in landscaping, playgrounds, athletic surfaces, and more.
Sales Performance: Aim to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and sales coordination, with a strong background in rubber materials, construction, landscaping, or environmental products.
Extensive knowledge of crumb rubber and rubber mulch production processes and their applications, which is essential for client interactions.
Knowledge of used tire pick up and disposal service.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM software; experience with ERP systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
