Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time highly motivated engineering technician with a Civil and AutoCAD Civil 3D background. You will collaborate with an expanding team and engage in a wide range of assignments. This role provides a great prospect for personal development and career advancement in a fast-growing company. Primary Responsibilities:
The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of impactful projects that benefit local communities. As the successful candidate you can expect to tackle meaningful tasks that make a positive difference, leaving a lasting impression on those you serve. With a diverse array of projects to engage with, you’ll enjoy a challenging and rewarding work environment that allows you to expand your skills and experience while serving the public. On any given day you’ll:

Utilize primarily AutoCAD C3D software to perform detailed drafting and design of civil and municipal projects including plan preparation.

Work on a wide variety of projects including sanitary sewers, streets, drainage and storm sewers, wastewater and water utilities, site, traffic control and grading.

Maintain project quality and efficiency while staying current on the latest CAD trends.

Communicate and coordinate with project managers.

Skills and Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or relatable field.

Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD C3D.

Experience in the following areas are beneficial: civil site/engineering, street design, public utilities, stormwater management or related projects.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
