Since 2018, I’ve proudly run my own agency after starting with State Farm in 2015. Our close-knit office feels like family, and we are deeply committed to individual development—spiritual, physical, mental, and professional—so every team member leaves stronger and more fulfilled.

We host a charity golf tournament every other year, raising significant funds for causes close to our hearts, including $18,000 in 2024 for Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, a condition my daughter has. Each holiday season, we support families in need with meals and gifts, and we actively contribute to school fundraisers for our customers’ children.

Our team-building culture is unique: we collaborate frequently, host fall planning events with speakers and team outings (like brewery tours or bowling), and encourage open communication with an open-door policy. We visit other offices to learn and innovate, all while staying focused on achieving our goals together.

We offer competitive benefits, including monthly commissions, bonus opportunities, annual team celebrations, and agency-provided life and supplemental health insurance. After one year, team members are eligible for a 3% match to a SIMPLE IRA.

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
