Job Opportunity: Training Specialist - South Central Pennsylvania : Lancaster, York, Hershey, Harrrisburg Area

South Central Pennsylvania’s premium deli purveyor is seeking Training Specialists to provide product knowledge, food safety handling, and preparation expertise to our corporate partners. This role will help elevate our partner delis in the market.

Position Overview: As a Training Specialist, you will work closely with deli staff, including Deli Managers and Assistants, to coach associates on customer service, salesmanship, merchandising, and food safety. You’ll be a steward of our brand, offering recipe ideas, educating consumers, and promoting products through engaging selling events. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working with people and have a passion for teaching others.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct training on customer service, sales techniques, food safety, and sanitation
Assist in merchandising products and managing displays
Educate associates and consumers about product offerings, including recipe ideas and promotional events
Act as a brand ambassador and engage with deli staff to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation (required)
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Enjoy working with people and providing excellent service
Food service or customer service experience preferred
ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $600.00 - $650.00 per week, based on experience
After 90 days:
Eligibility for medical insurance
Performance review with potential for a pay increase
Benefits:
401(k) with matching
Paid time off
Shift: 8-hour shift
Travel: 50% (required)
