Position Overview

We are seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) who are:

Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
Engaged and excited about working in evolving, high-performance EMS environments
Passionate about clinical excellence and patient advocacy
Able to thrive during both fast-paced critical care transports and routine medical transports
Interested in leadership, education, or helping shape new locations and partnerships as we continue to expand

Minimum Requirements – EMT's

At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record. Must pass insurance underwriting approval prior to start.
State of Florida EMT Certification in good standing
AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider (or ARC CPR for Professional Rescuers)
EVOC or CEVO (3, 4, or 5)
FEMA ICS courses: IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800

We offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance:

20-24-hour shifts
10-12-hour shifts
Day shift / Night shift
Rotating shifts
Rotating weekends
Fire/Rescue friendly (Excused absences for mandates; adaptable schedule)
