Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain accurate records through data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them appropriately.
Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and organizing files for easy retrieval.
Utilize technical proficiency in software like QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and billing processes.
Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing appointments, and supporting team members with personal assistant duties when needed.

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and office management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Excellent customer service skills paired with effective phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Ability to navigate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Bilingual capabilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software for basic financial tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and productivity software use.
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or in administrative roles such as personal assistant or front desk clerk is advantageous.
