GENERAL SUMMARY:
At Five Lakes Speech, Language, and Literacy, we are a growing private pediatric practice offering speech-language and occupational therapy services, and we are seeking a full-time clinician to join our close-knit, collaborative team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a small-practice feel where relationships matter, both among our team and with the families we serve. Just as we prioritize high-quality, individualized care for our clients, we place a strong emphasis on supporting and valuing our employees. We believe that when clinicians feel supported, respected, and cared for, they are able to do their best work, so we foster a positive, team-oriented environment where your voice is heard, your clinical expertise is trusted, and your growth is encouraged.
Therapy is highly individualized and always one-on-one, allowing clinicians to focus on quality care rather than volume. We value collaboration and regularly work together across disciplines, including co-treatment when it best supports the child. A key part of our approach is partnering with families, so clinicians are expected to communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to help them understand strategies and carry over skills at home. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and is looking to grow within a practice that is expanding. If you are seeking a position where you feel genuinely supported as both a clinician and a person—while making a meaningful impact on children and their families—we would love to connect with you.
