Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead our finance department with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will drive customer satisfaction by providing transparent, efficient, and positive financing solutions. Your leadership will ensure seamless loan processing, credit analysis, and contract management while fostering strong customer relationships. Duties

Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, and contract details clearly and confidently
Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility and terms that benefit both the customer and dealership
Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to enhance customer value
Collaborate with sales teams to secure optimal financing solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to legal requirements
Process loan applications efficiently using financial software, ensuring accuracy in math calculations, title processing, and contract documentation
Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and follow-up to foster loyalty and repeat business

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Finance Manager within an automotive dealership or related financial services environment
Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan processing procedures, contracts, and TILA regulations
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and delivering exceptional customer service
Proficiency with financial software systems and 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry and math calculations
Knowledge of dealership operations including automobile sales, title processing, deal structuring, and credit approval processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to customers
Basic math skills essential for accurate calculations related to loans, interest rates, payments, and credit assessments
