Schedule

This position follows a rotating four-day schedule that provides flexibility and work-life balance.

Week 1: Monday – Thursday

Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Week 2: Tuesday – Friday

Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

Perform preventive dental hygiene services, periodontal therapy, scaling, and root planing.
Complete comprehensive patient assessments, including periodontal charting and medical history reviews.
Take and process diagnostic dental radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health.
Partner with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation.
Follow OSHA and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Build trusting relationships with patients while delivering an outstanding experience.
Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide exceptional clinical care.

What We're Looking For

Active Washington Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Two or more years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Commitment to lifelong learning and providing exceptional patient care.
