This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to build something great, grow a team, and create long-term financial upside.

Under the guidance of District Manager Stetson Smith, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support as you develop your insurance career.

Important Requirements

This opportunity is 100% commission-based and requires candidates to have capital reserves to support themselves during the initial ramp-up period.

This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable betting on themselves and building something long-term.

Develop and grow a personal book of business
Prospect, network, and build relationships in your community
Educate clients and present customized insurance solutions
Build systems and processes for long-term growth
Recruiting and leading a future team

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Commission-only compensation structure
300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
Additional bonuses up to $11,000+
Monthly and annual production bonuses for up to 3 years
Long-term contract value and retirement equity
