Portfolio Scope: This role supports all real estate companies, properties, communities, developments, and affiliated real estate assets under MGVG Enterprises.

MGVG Enterprises is the parent company behind a growing real estate platform focused on development and property management. Within the MGVG portfolio, MGVG Development leads construction and development efforts, while MGVG Living supports residential property management and day-to-day community operations. MGVG Enterprises provides oversight, structure, and strategic direction across these real estate businesses while maintaining consistent standards in execution, branding, and growth.
This position is not limited to one property or one brand. The person in this role will work across all real estate companies, properties, assets, communities, developments, and affiliated entities owned, operated, managed, or overseen by MGVG Enterprises, with a primary focus on MGVG Development and MGVG Living.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly versatile Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to serve as a hands-on marketing resource across the MGVG Enterprises real estate portfolio. This person will capture photo and video content at our assets across Georgia, put together company promotional videos, manage social media accounts, update Wix websites, create graphics and marketing materials, and support paid advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can move between content creation, digital marketing execution, social media management, website updates, graphic design, and paid ads. Because this is a field-forward role that requires regular visits to company assets, applicants must reside within 50 miles of Valdosta, Georgia.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation, Photography & Video Production
· Travel to MGVG Enterprises real estate assets, communities, properties, developments, offices, and related locations across Georgia to capture high-quality photos and videos.
· Put together company promotional videos for MGVG Enterprises and its real estate companies, including property highlight videos, leasing campaigns, development updates, community features, recruiting videos, announcements, and brand-building content.
· Produce short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, websites, email campaigns, and paid ads. Manage company accounts and CEO accounts.
· Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms.
· Maintain an organized library of photos, video files, graphics, logos, templates, and reusable marketing assets.
Social Media Management
· Manage and maintain social media accounts for MGVG Enterprises and all affiliated real estate brands, companies, properties, and communities under the MGVG umbrella. Manage CEO accounts as well.
· Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
· Develop monthly content calendars for corporate, development, leasing, and property-level marketing needs.
· Monitor comments, direct messages, and engagement; respond to basic inquiries or route them to the appropriate internal team.
· Track performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and brand consistency.
Website Management (Wix)
· Manage and update company and property websites using Wix.
· Add and update photos, videos, property details, forms, contact information, announcements, and landing pages as needed.
· Ensure all websites are accurate, visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and aligned with current company information.
· Support basic SEO improvements, landing page updates, and website lead-capture improvements.
Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
· Create graphics, flyers, brochures, signage, leasing materials, social media graphics, presentations, promotional documents, and other branded marketing pieces.
· Maintain consistency with MGVG Enterprises branding and with the branding of each real estate brand, property, or community under the MGVG portfolio.
· Support leasing, operations, development, recruiting, and leadership with marketing collateral as needed.
Paid Advertising
· Assist with the creation, management, monitoring, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
· Coordinate ad creative, copy, targeting, landing pages, budgets, and performance tracking.
· Monitor campaign quality, traffic, conversions, cost per lead, and engagement.
· Recommend improvements to generate better leads and stronger visibility for MGVG real estate brands and assets.
General Marketing Support Across MGVG Real Estate Companies
· Support marketing initiatives for all real estate companies, communities, properties, developments, and affiliated assets owned, operated, managed, or overseen by MGVG Enterprises.
· Help create marketing campaigns for new developments, lease-ups, occupancy pushes, resident communications, development updates, company announcements, hiring, and special projects.
· Work with internal teams, outside vendors, contractors, and leadership to keep marketing efforts organized and moving forward.
· Manage multiple priorities across different real estate businesses while maintaining a consistent company standard.
Required Qualifications
· Must reside within 50 miles of Valdosta, Georgia. This is a required condition of employment.
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, graphic design, website management, paid ads, or a related role.
· Strong photo and video capture skills, including the ability to create clean, professional-looking content on-site.
· Experience producing and editing short-form video content for social media and promotional use.
· Experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, property, or organization.
· Experience with Wix or similar website platforms.
· Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar design and video editing tools.
· Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid digital advertising platforms.
· Strong writing, design, organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to company assets throughout Georgia as needed.
· Real estate, property management, development, construction, multifamily, or local business marketing experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role is creative, resourceful, organized, and hands-on. They are just as comfortable walking a property to capture photos and videos as they are editing a promo video, building a flyer, updating a Wix website, launching a paid ad campaign, or managing a social media calendar. They do not need to be a senior executive, but they should be capable of owning day-to-day marketing execution across multiple real estate companies and assets with minimal hand-holding.
Compensation
Salary range: approximately $50,000- $60,000 per year, based on experience and capabilities.
