NOW HIRING: GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER

Hourly Wage: $18.13
Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (9 hours)
Every Other Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours)

Position Summary

With minimal supervision, the General Maintenance Worker performs a wide variety of building and equipment maintenance tasks, including electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, HVAC assistance, and facility repairs.

✅ Qualifications

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in:
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Masonry
- Electrical maintenance

License Required

Valid Driver’s License

Required Background Checks

✔ Driving Record (MVR)
✔ General Background Check
✔ New Mexico Department of Health Fingerprinting

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Facility & Equipment Maintenance

Assist in repair and maintenance of:
- HVAC systems
- Carpentry and machine shop equipment
- Electrical systems
- General facilities maintenance
Replace electrical receptacles, switches, wiring, fixtures, and motors
Repair damaged flooring, tiles, and wall paneling
Perform maintenance on equipment and machinery
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
Perform sheet metal and fabrication duties
Complete special projects and assignments as needed
