Surgical Retina Ophthalmology | 1-Year Partnership Track | $1M+ Partner Earnings | Las Vegas, NV

Join an established retina-only practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro area as a fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeon. This opportunity offers immediate access to a strong referral network, significant surgical volume, and a clear path to partnership.

Opportunity Highlights

Retina-only practice with strong patient demand and an established referral network from ophthalmologists, optometrists, and regional health systems
Current retina surgeons are booked months in advance, creating immediate opportunity for growth
Access to preferred payer contracts
Robust clinical support including a dedicated scribe, 1-2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians
Option for a 4 or 5-day workweek with dedicated blocked OR time
Autonomy to shape your case mix and clinical volume based on your professional goals

Compensation & Benefits

Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives
First-year earning potential of $650,000-$900,000+
1-year partnership track with partners earning $1M+ annually
Signing bonus, relocation assistance, retention bonus, fellowship stipend, and loan assistance available

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO with completion of a U.S.-based ophthalmology residency
Completion of a Vitreoretinal fellowship
Open to 2027 graduating fellows
