About the Role:
Longview Spine & Sports Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our innovative Medical & Integrated team. Our mission is to restore function, reduce pain, and improve the quality of life for our patients through collaborative care and cutting-edge therapies.

We are a non-surgical, non-opioid facility that focuses on treating the root cause of musculoskeletal dysfunction using functional rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, and a team-based approach.

We are specifically looking for a provider with prior experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who is comfortable and confident in administering various types of injections, including trigger point and joint injections.

As part of our collaborative team, the FNP or PA will play a key role in managing patient care plans, conducting orthopedic testing, and delivering advanced treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient re-evaluations
Perform orthopedic and functional testing
Administer joint injections and trigger point injections
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Accurately document all care in our EHR system
Educate patients on treatment goals, home care, and long-term wellness

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Prior experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in a clinical setting
Skilled in injection techniques including trigger point and joint injections
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Excellent communication, time management, and patient service skills
Strong clinical judgment and willingness to grow clinically
