Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the culinary visionary, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation and food preparation to staff supervision and quality control. Duties

Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Oversee food production processes ensuring consistency, freshness, and adherence to food safety regulations across all service areas.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs without compromising quality.
Coordinate with the catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless large-scale events with exceptional culinary standards.
Implement shift management procedures, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Enforce strict food handling protocols and safety standards to uphold hygiene regulations and prevent contamination or spoilage.
Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and special promotions to enhance revenue opportunities.
Monitor kitchen performance through regular inspections and provide ongoing training in culinary techniques, food safety, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in fine dining environments.
Extensive culinary experience including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and cost control practices within the food industry.
Familiarity with banquet operations, catering services, and large-scale event execution.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and dietary department procedures.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience in menu planning, shift management, and food service operations is highly desirable.
