What You'll Do
You'll inspect, diagnose, repair, maintain, and customize electric and gas golf carts while ensuring every customer receives a reliable, high-quality vehicle.
Diagnostics & Repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
- Repair electric and gas-powered golf carts
- Troubleshoot batteries, charging systems, controllers, motors, and wiring
- Use diagnostic equipment including multimeters and ohmmeters
- Complete warranty and manufacturer repairs
Installations & Customization
Install customer upgrades including:
- Lift kits
- Wheels & tires
- LED lighting
- Sound systems
- Windshields
- Rear seats
- Enclosures
- Lithium battery upgrades
- Accessories and performance upgrades
Shop Operations
- Perform quality inspections before delivery
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures
- Assist teammates when needed
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and management

QualificationsRequired
- 1+ year of mechanical repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Basic hand tools (specialty shop tools provided)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Golf cart experience
- Automotive technician experience
- Powersports, motorcycle, marine, RV, or small engine experience
- Electrical diagnostic experience
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Battery and lithium system knowledge
- Manufacturer certification (preferred but not required)
