- Collaborates with executive-level management, including the Vice President of Construction and Construction Managers, in the development of performance goals, workflows, and long-term plans
- Analyzes current operational processes and performance, recommending efficiency improvements that drive GM% improvement and minimize overhead costs
- Assists department managers in resolving issues that may arise during construction-related work
- Is responsible for developing and managing operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develops, implements, and monitors day-to-day operational systems and processes, providing visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives
- Builds and maintains relationships with construction department heads, general contractors, the estimating team, and vendors to make decisions and set strategic goals
- Works closely with the business development team to respond to business opportunities
- Cultivates relationships with customers to build and maintain the workload
- Sets up and monitors projects in Procore from initiation to completion
- Monitors budgets for active projects
- Schedules team manpower
- Collaborates with the Service team and Maverik Management team to ensure they have the necessary materials and resources for successful project handoffs
- Communicates critical issues and risks to senior leadership and drives them to resolution with consistent objectivity
- Ensures and manages effective communication with all stakeholders
- Other related duties, as assigned

- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Macros, If Statements, Formulas)
- Ability to coordinate, contribute to and work within a cross-functional team
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to remain disciplined and show continued perseverance
- Ability to focus and be committed to resolve complex issues
- Ability to be flexible and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate in a team environment
- Proven ability to easily establish rapport and effective relationships, while driving accountability for shared results
