The Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical, operational, and project support to the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). They will manage and track Calls for Service (CFS), maintain investigative and operational databases, monitor workflow processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for decision-making. They will serve as a central resource for information management, project coordination, reporting, and operational analysis. This position may be based out of either of our locations in Moose Lake and St. Peter, location will be determined based on the selected applicant's location.
Responsibilities include:

Coordinating and managing CFS requests, including intake, tracking, assignment, status monitoring, prioritization, and closure activities in collaboration with leadership to ensure alignment with statutory, policy, and operational priorities.

Monitoring and managing operational workflow processes to ensure assignments, CFS, projects, and related activities are tracked, prioritized, and completed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives.

Conducting administrative reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities to support compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Maintaining and managing investigative and operational information systems, databases, and workflow tracking tools.
- Managing OSI related projects through developing and maintaining project trackers via MS Project, dashboards, and status reports.

Provides budget, policy, and administrative support to OSI leadership.
Valid Minnesota Driver's License AND
High School Diploma or GED AND
Two (2) years of work experience in a professional administrative or technical support role that includes experience in all of the following:
- Familiarity with investigative principles, information-gathering techniques and documentation standards.

Providing project management tracking and/or analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-
Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate presentations of results, both verbally and written.

Further professional/educational training in Administrative Support, Project Management or Data analytics (Degree, diploma or certificate).
- Knowledge and application of Minnesota state statutes, federal law, client rights as related to civil commitment.

Experience working within a secure environment (e.g., government, corrections, human services, law enforcement, compliance, or intelligence).

Project Management experience with developing and maintaining project trackers via MS Project and creation of dashboards and status reports.
