Registered Nurse Job Posting

Position Overview: Join the team at ELIVATE Drip Spa and make a difference in people’s lives by providing personalized, luxury health and wellness treatments. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses who excel in patient care, have exceptional customer service experience, and are passionate about health and wellness. As an RN at ELIVATE, you will provide safe, compassionate care to clients, offering personalized treatment plans while ensuring the spa environment remains clean and professional. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that works together to elevate the client experience.

Job Details:

Part Time and PRN
Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Client Care: Provide high-quality care, tailoring treatment plans to each client’s unique health and wellness needs, including IV Therapy, IM Injections, and other wellness services.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring every client has a positive, comfortable, and luxurious experience. You’ll be an advocate for client safety and satisfaction.
Clinical Expertise: Perform wellness treatments with expert proficiency in IV and IM administration, strictly adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Ensure all treatment areas, loungers, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. You will also manage laundry and restocking of medical supplies.
Patient Education: Educate clients on the benefits of wellness treatments, helping them make informed decisions about their health and wellness journey.
Documentation and Compliance: Complete client documentation thoroughly and on time, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with spa consultants, nurses, and management to maintain a positive and efficient team environment. Support other team members and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Communication: Handle client concerns or questions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout their experience.

Qualifications:

RN State License (Required).
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1 year of experience with continuous IV administration and proficiency in IM injections.
Prior customer service experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask while providing exceptional care.
Must submit to and pass a background check.
