Architectural CAD Drafter - Salary based upon experience
AutoCAD Drafter
Architectural Drafter/ CAD operator (English & Spanish)
ATL Architectural Firm with high profile projects is looking for a full time position as a Bilingual Drafter/ CAD Operator :

Requirements & Work Responsibilities:

Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
Minimum 5 years experience related to this position for Mixed-Use, Multi-family, & Residential projects.
Work includes preparation of drawings including sketches, schematics, conceptual & working drawings.
Experience & ability to produce working drawings.
Ability for Quality Control & Accuracy of all plans.
Attention to detail & highly organized.
Able to follow directions, work independently & able to multi-task.
Experience in AutoCAD & Sketchup software(s) to produce Construction Documents.
Experience & ability to read, interpret & understand drawings for all disciplined involved within projects (Architectural, Civil, Landscape, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Safety & Fire protection) .
Ability to interact & work with others.
Team Player that values company culture, principles, and treat all co-workers with respect and without ego.
Ability to understand Building Code.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Sketchup. (Preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD on all levels: Design & Construction Documents. (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.

Education & Training Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in South Florida as the exact same position being offered.
Good verbal & written communication skills. (English & Spanish)
Decision making & problem solving skills, quality control originated,
Must be able to multi-task and efficient.
Excellent leadership capabilities, fair judgement towards the company, respective clients, and co-workers.
Experienced & ability to produce Construction Documents.

Work authorization: United States (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
