Full Job Description

Current opening for a Legal Secretary to provide administrative and legal support.

Key Activities:

Provides administrative and legal support to assigned attorneys.
Communicates with attorneys, clients, and others by telephone and email.
Manages attorney calendars, including appointments and meetings.
Review legal documents for attorneys including Title Opinions and O&G lease documents.

Required Experience

Experience working in oil and gas or corporate transactions preferred.
General administrative support role performing office & clerical job duties.
Effectively communicating through speaking, writing, listening, and responding to others.
Prepared professional correspondence using appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation.
Used time effectively and prioritized job duties to meet deadlines.
Displayed a sense of urgency and was responsive to the needs of clients and coworkers.
Exhibited strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Maintained confidentiality and exercised discretion and good judgment.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
