About the Role
At Performance Asset Management, we don't create videos simply to market our business—we create videos that help people make confident decisions.
As our Videographer, you'll own our culture of video by creating educational, trust-building content that answers buyer questions, supports our sales team, showcases our properties, and strengthens our brand. You'll partner closely with our leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify where video can improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
This role goes far beyond filming and editing. You'll build a video library that supports prospects throughout the buying journey, helps residents and investors better understand our services, and enables our team to communicate more effectively through video.
You'll also regularly travel to our managed properties throughout Southeast Wisconsin to capture listing videos, walkthroughs, inspections, renovations, maintenance projects, resident stories, and other content that supports marketing, leasing, operations, and investor communications.
Success in this role isn't measured simply by the number of videos produced—it's measured by the impact those videos have on trust, sales, customer education, and the overall customer experience.

- At Performance Asset Management, we help real estate investors achieve consistent, stress-free income by managing properties with precision, care, and a long-term mindset. Our approach goes far beyond traditional rent collection—we focus on optimizing asset performance, increasing resident satisfaction, and maximizing long-term returns.
Led by licensed professionals with deep expertise in investment real estate. PAM delivers results through transparency, ethical practices, and sharp attention to detail. Most property managers focus on generating fees from investors and residents alike. At PAM, we’ve established a 15 year history of generating our fees through extraordinary resident experience which in turn delivers exceptional investor annual returns. PAM’s unique business model focuses entirely on delivering 5-star experiences to residents—its only customer in each managed property. With just one resident per business each year, great returns follow when resident satisfaction comes first. While many property managers cut corners or chase short-term gains, we believe sustainable wealth is built through stable occupancy, proactive maintenance, and strategic investing.
We manage every property like it's our own—because your success is our business. Your annual performance is our forever reputation.
