Full Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Photo Art Director to join our team, supporting in-store experience marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative style concepts and engage in exciting projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-level creative concepts for in-store marketing campaigns.

Translate campaign ideas into compelling marketing materials and assets.

Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers throughout the creative process.

Provide direction during photo shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign vision.

Review and provide feedback on photography and post-production processes.

Create mood boards and presentations to communicate creative concepts effectively.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative consistency.

Skills

5–7+ years of professional experience in Style Photo Art Direction.

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity and high-quality craft in retail and brand marketing.

Expertise in visual storytelling and design principles.

Proficiency in all Creative Suite software and the Mac platform.

Preferred Skills

Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brand marketing.

Ability to develop creative assets for both in-store and digital marketing channels.

Familiarity with print design, 3D design, or experiential design.
