Beverly Law is expanding and seeking a Litigation Associate who’s ready to focus on what truly matters: delivering strong results for clients. This is a fully-remote opportunity in Texas team ro deepen your litigation skills in a supportive, high-performing environment, without the usual administrative burden.

What Makes This Role Unique: You’ll be supported by a dedicated team, including paralegals, a case manager, and legal staff, who handle drafting, discovery, and day-to-day client communication. This allows you to focus your time where it has the greatest impact: case strategy, depositions, court appearances, and achieving the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Litigate high-value cases
Own case strategy and execution
Take/defend depositions, appear in court and mediations
Lead and oversee support staff

Compensation

$150K–$250K base
% of attorney fees
Performance bonuses
No billable hours
No case origination required

Requirements

Licensed in Texas.
3+ years litigation experience
Experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas are needed.
