Full Job Description

Full or Part-Time Bartender / Server at Primo's Modern Mexican | Omaha, NE

Primo's is a modern Mexican restaurant with two locations in the greater Omaha area. We're part of Taylor Investments, a family-owned portfolio of local businesses, and we're looking for a bartender who brings energy, skill, and a genuine love for hospitality to the team.

This isn't a stand-behind-the-bar-and-pour job. We run multiple bar stations and our bartenders are on: making drinks, reading the room, serving food, keeping things moving, and making guests feel like they're in good hands. If you're the kind of person who knows your regulars' drinks, can riff on a cocktail with what's in season, and doesn't miss a beat when it gets slammed, we would love to meet you!

What you'll be doing:

Craft cocktails and pour drinks accurately while keeping your bar clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service.
Cover multiple bar stations during peak hours without losing your cool.
Engage with guests, make recommendations, build regulars, and keep the vibe right from open to close.
Serve food to bar guests and make sure every order lands correctly and on time.
Handle bar inventory, restocking, and cash accurately.
Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails or help shape menu updates when the time comes.
Own your setup and breakdown. Come in ready and leave it cleaner than you found it.

What we're looking for:

Minimum two years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
Strong mixology fundamentals with the confidence to get creative when the moment calls for it.
Comfortable in a hybrid role: bartender first, but no stranger to running food and taking care of guests from end to end.
Solid multitasker who can manage a full bar without dropping the ball on service.
Experience developing seasonal cocktails or contributing to drink menus is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Mexican cuisine and flavors is a bonus, especially if it shows up behind the bar.
Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.

Pay & Benefits:

20-40 Hours a Week

$10/hr + tips, with health, vision, and dental insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
