LeFleur Floral Design + Events is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced floral designer to our talented design team. We’re not looking to replace anyone—we’re growing our design team and looking for the right person to bring their experience while embracing the LeFleur way of designing.
This is an opportunity to join an established, collaborative group of designers who create elevated floral experiences for everyday occasions, weddings, sympathy, corporate events, and luxury celebrations.
Our signature aesthetic is modern, garden-inspired floral design. While we value experience, we’re looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and adapt to the LeFleur design style.
This is not an entry-level position. Professional floral design experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Design fresh floral arrangements in the LeFleur style
- Create professional boutonnieres, corsages, and wearable flowers
- Assist with wedding and event floral production and installations
- Process and care for fresh flowers
- Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Work alongside our current design team while contributing your creativity and skills
Qualifications
- Previous professional floral design experience is required
- Must be proficient in creating boutonnieres and corsages
- Must provide photos or a portfolio of your floral work
- Experience with weddings and event work is preferred
- Willingness to learn and embrace LeFleur’s signature modern garden-style aesthetic
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
Availability
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be available for some evenings and after-hours weddings and events
- Flexibility during holidays and peak floral seasons is expected
