As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees in the Global Services and Dealer Aftermarket Organizations in PSLD by assisting the HR Business Partner and Senior Manager Human Resources in providing guidance on talent, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. In this dynamic role, you'll help shape a positive employee experience while supporting business goals through thoughtful people solutions and proactive workforce strategies.

In this role, you will:

Partner with leaders to drive talent, engagement, performance, and workforce initiatives.

Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and best HR practices.

Support talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and retention efforts.

Help lead organizational and people-related change initiatives.

Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions that support business objectives.

Foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture where employees can grow and succeed.

Build trusted relationships across the organization and serve as a key resource for employees and leaders.

Make recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.

Administer compensation programs; monitoring performance evaluation programs and revising as necessary.

Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and recommend programs to address issues
What You Will Have:

Education : Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
-
Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Global Perspective: Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace; ability to apply global perspectives appropriately in a wide range of situations

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
