Job description

SUMMARY

Coordinates supply needs on a routine/scheduled basis to ensure adequate supply

levels are available to meet demand. Coordinates delivery needs on a

routine/scheduled basis to ensure on-time delivery of product to meet and exceed

customer expectations. Provides administrative support for Receiving and

Delivery. Provides outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory

returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation

 Maintains adequate inventory and supply levels.

 Maintains inventory control, ordering supplies and products.

 Interacts with both internal and external customers and exchanges

information regarding availability of supplies and products.

 Orders and receives products and supplies. Receives products into

database, verifies packing slips, completes required documentation.

 Retrieve the appropriate product from inventory to fill customer orders

 Prepares product for delivery and coordinates on-time delivery

 Maintains a clean and orderly workspace

 Performs other duties as assigned or required including working Saturdays.

REQUIREMENTS

 Experience within a healthcare setting preferred.

 Committed to provide customer service that makes both internal and

external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.

 Sense of urgency in ensuring prompt service and exceptional customer care.

 Ability to organize prioritize and multitask within strict time frames and

deadlines.

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
