Full Job Description

Not Looking for a Caretaker. Looking for a Builder.

A successful restoration company under new ownership is seeking an experienced, hands-on proven General Manager who can lead people, drive performance, and help transform a restoration operation into a market leader.

Let's be transparent: this isn't a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo.

We've recently acquired the operation and are actively investing in its future. We need a leader who can walk into a fast-paced environment, identify opportunities, create accountability, build strong teams, improve processes, and drive results.

If you've successfully led operations, developed people, managed P&Ls, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Lead all day-to-day operations of a busy restoration business
Develop and coach department managers and team leaders
Establish accountability, performance expectations, and company culture
Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability
Improve operational efficiency and scalability
Monitor KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives
Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, vendors, and employees
Ensure exceptional customer service and operational execution

What We're Looking For

5+ years of senior leadership or General Manager experience
Strong operations management background
Proven ability to lead teams through change and growth
Experience managing budgets, financials, and P&L performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
High level of accountability and professionalism
Restoration, construction, home services, or related industry experience preferred
Experience turning around underperforming operations is highly valued
