Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and maintaining an organized office environment.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff.
Assist with office management duties including maintaining supplies and organizing files.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support customer inquiries by providing helpful information or directing them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area to create a positive first impression.

Skills

Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for document creation and scheduling.
Experience in customer support roles with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
Competence in proofreading documents to ensure high-quality output.
Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
