Job description

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR AT THE PUEBLO PLANT.

Hospital Cooperative Laundry Pueblo plant is seeking a Production Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise, train and motivate production employees - from the soil department to the shipping department.
Ensure the scheduling of adequate production employees and their production to fulfill company production needs.
Monitor production equipment, such as CBW's, dryers, washers/extractors to ensure correct loading sequence to assist to attain maximum productivity and washing performance.
Communicate production equipment failure promptly to HCL maintenance team for immediate and quick repair.
Complete the plant closing protocol at the end of the shift in preparation for next day's production day.

Qualifications:

Excellent leadership / supervisory skills in a high pace manufacturing environment with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Minimum three (3) years.
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Strong people, organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and well as part of a team.
Must be able to successfully complete 10 panel drug test.
Must be able to successfully complete background check.

This position requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of production operations.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to carry, pull, push weights up to 100 pounds constantly.
Must be able to push 500 pounds occasionally to scale.
Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds constantly.
Must be able to stand entire shift.

The position is exempt.
