Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Head of <PERSON> to lead and oversee all aspects of <PERSON> operations with a focus on excellence in food service, team management, and culinary innovation. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced, fine dining environments and possesses extensive experience in banquet, catering, and restaurant management. As the head of <PERSON>, you will drive quality standards, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and foster a collaborative team culture that emphasizes food safety, creativity, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating our culinary offerings and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Duties

Lead the overall management of <PERSON>, including kitchen operations, food preparation, and service delivery to ensure high standards of quality and guest satisfaction
Supervise and mentor culinary teams, including chefs, kitchen staff, servers, and support personnel to promote teamwork, skill development, and operational excellence
Oversee menu planning, food production, catering events, and fine dining service to deliver innovative dishes that meet brand standards and customer expectations
Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and cost management to optimize resources while maintaining top-quality offerings
Coordinate shift management responsibilities such as scheduling, staffing levels, and ensuring smooth daily operations across all departments
Implement training programs focused on food handling, safety protocols, dietary requirements, and hospitality best practices
Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or banquet setting with a strong background in food service management
Extensive banquet experience combined with expertise in catering operations and fine dining environments
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while promoting a collaborative culture
Strong background in food production, menu planning, kitchen management, and culinary techniques including cooking and food handling
Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety regulations (such as HACCP), and cost control strategies within the food industry
Experience overseeing dietary departments or managing special dietary needs is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
