Doro Health Studio is looking for a chiropractor who wants to practice differently.
We are a boutique, self-pay health studio in Lititz, PA that helps active adults, busy professionals, athletes, and health-conscious individuals get out of pain, move better, and build long-term resilience.
Our care model combines chiropractic, manual therapy, movement assessment, rehab, and patient education into structured plans designed for lasting improvement. This is not a high-volume adjustment-only office. We are looking for someone who wants to think clinically, communicate clearly, build strong patient relationships, and be part of a growing brand that is raising the standard for conservative musculoskeletal care.
About the Role
The chiropractor at Doro Health will work directly with patients through evaluation, hands-on treatment, rehab guidance, and care plan execution.
You will help patients understand why they are in pain, what needs to change, and how our process can help them return to the activities they care about.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with active people, values an elevated clinical environment, and wants to grow within a modern practice that prioritizes quality over volume.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Evaluating new patients through history, movement assessment, orthopedic testing, and clinical reasoning.
Delivering high-quality chiropractic care, manual therapy, and guided rehab.
Creating and executing structured care plans focused on long-term improvement.
Educating patients clearly so they understand their condition, their plan, and their role in the process.
Documenting visits professionally and maintaining strong communication with patients.
Contributing to the growth of the practice through excellent care, community involvement, and a great patient experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is clinically curious, professional, and committed to getting better.
The right person is confident with hands-on care, interested in rehab and active-lifestyle treatment, and able to explain conditions in a simple, non-fear-based way.
You should be comfortable working in a self-pay, relationship-driven practice where the goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to help patients make meaningful long-term progress.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys sports, performance, strength training, longevity, and helping people stay active.
Requirements
Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Active Pennsylvania chiropractic license, or ability to obtain one.
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
Interest in movement-based care, rehab, and long-term patient outcomes.
Preferred
Experience with athletes or active adults.
Experience with rehab, movement assessment, strength training, or sports performance.
Comfort representing the practice through community events, local partnerships, or social media.
Compensation and Schedule
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, schedule, and fit.
Full-time or part-time may be considered for the right person.
