**Job Title: ***Private passenger auto Adjuster** **Company: Sterling MGA** **Job Summary:** Join a young fast growing insurance company where your career opportunities are significant. This position, can lead to management opportunities, depending on performance. We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Adjuster to join our team. As an Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in assessing and processing insurance claims related to non-standard auto insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years experience adjusting claims in Florida and will possess strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. **Duties:** - Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and liability - Conduct thorough investigations to validate the authenticity of claims - Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information - Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policies - Maintain accurate documentation of claim activities and decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient claims processing **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in analyzing information and making sound decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures -
