Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drafter/Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will transform project plans into precise technical drawings and detailed models, supporting project construction. Your expertise will ensure that all designs are accurately documented, accurate, and ready for construction.

Duties

Create accurate schematics, and construction documents to support project execution.
Collaborate with Framers, Plumbers, Engineers, and Designers to interpret project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
Prepare comprehensive documentation for construction processes, including assembly details and material specifications.
Use Bluebeam for markup review, PDF management, and streamlined communication of design revisions.

Requirements

Proven experience in drafting and detailing within construction.
Strong understanding of schematics development, system integration, and construction documentation processes.
Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
