Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

Mentor and coach agents on business growth and goal achievement
Contribute to office culture and collaboration
Lead small group or one-on-one coaching sessions
Support new agents with systems, models, and accountability
Maintain personal production while expanding leadership impact
Help identify and attract potential agents for the office
Implement strategies that drive consistency and team results
Participate in office meetings, training, and leadership events

Qualifications:

Superb customer service and communication skills
Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team

Active real estate license with a history of production
Passion for leadership, training, and personal development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to inspire and hold others accountable
Coachable and eager to grow into higher leadership roles
Organized and consistent in follow-up and business planning
