Compensation

$60,682 – $98,792 Total Compensation (varies by role & level)

24-29 billable hours/week (full-time) | You choose your level

Base salary: $53,000 – $90,000 depending on role (OT or COTA) and chosen level
Want more time off? River Levels offer up to 10.2 weeks PTO
Want higher income? Mountain Levels offer higher base with 5-7 weeks PTO
Bonuses: $30/hr at 97-100% of target | $50/hr over 100%
Retirement: 3% match monthly ($1,590-$2,700/year)
Healthcare: Medical/Vision through Moda ($5,292 value)
Stipends: $500 professional + $300 wellness annually
Field kit provided: Laptop, hotspot, clinical binder, backpack

What You'll Do

Develop individualized treatment plans using dynamic, functional assessment—sensory, feeding, fine motor, ADLs, regulation—not just standardized testing
Provide Caregiver Education as a billable service (because family involvement drives real progress)
Collaborate through Medical Team Conferencing with interdisciplinary partners
Develop group offerings that reflect your clinical passions
Work in homes, community settings, and nature-based environments
For OTs: opportunity to supervise COTAs (with reimbursement) and contribute to team mentorship and clinical pathways

What We're Looking For

Oregon OT license (OTR/L) OR Oregon COTA license in good standing
Genuine passion for neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care—not just familiarity, passion
Strong collaborator who builds real relationships with families
High integrity and excellent follow-through
Bonus: Pediatric feeding therapy experience
Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish especially valued)
Must live within 20-30 minutes of Salem or willing to relocate
