Full Job Description

A growing home services organization is expanding its marketing team and seeking a Marketing Specialist for multiple markets including (NorCal, WA, NV and UT ). This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in both traditional and digital marketing, strong project management skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support multiple home service brands and help execute strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. You will work closely with regional marketing leadership and local operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and market needs.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing programs across several home services brands. Success in this role requires a working knowledge of digital marketing channels—including paid search, SEO, and Local Service Ads (LSAs)—as well as experience managing campaigns, vendors, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing strategies and initiatives across traditional and digital channels to support regional business goals and increase brand visibility.
Coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Assist with digital marketing efforts, including paid search, search engine optimization (SEO), Local Service Ads (LSAs), social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Partner with local leadership and branch teams to understand market dynamics, business priorities, and customer needs within the Las Vegas area.
Track marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assist with new brand onboarding, marketing platform implementation, budget coordination, and other initiatives that support organizational growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within home services, multi-location businesses, or a consumer-facing industry.
Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
