About the Role:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and responsive. From handling high-volume data entry to providing receptionist support, your work will contribute directly to the accuracy and reliability clients expect from a top-tier mortgage service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Open, sort, and distribute mail with care and accuracy
Accurately enter high volumes of check/payment data and maintain clear digital records
Run and distribute reports to support informed decision-making
Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, serving as backup to the receptionist
Perform various clerical and administrative duties to support daily office operations

What You'll Bring:

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Typing speed of 35 WPM or more, with high accuracy
Ten-key by touch data entry skills
Experience using a multi-line telephone system
Reliable transportation to the San Antonio office

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday through Friday
