Full Job Description

We are looking for a candidate that has an upbeat, bubbly personality and is bright, genuine, warm, sophisticated, trustworthy, and efficient. We are seeking an energetic, polished, friendly, and professional candidate who is personable and interested in good customer service.

The candidate must be focused on efficiently completing back duties which include, but are not limited to, ensuring charts are prepared and exam rooms are fully stocked prior to patient visits, patient intake, assisting the physician with procedures/treatments, taking patient pictures and picture management, and blood draws. Assistance with front office duties may be needed to cover in case of absences.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Communicate to patient on the procedure to be done;
Maintain inventory of medical supplies, stock supplies and hand trays;
Follow institution written standard procedures and follow standard phlebotomy practices;
Perform other duties as required including assisting Nurses, Medical providers, and/or laboratory personnel in obtaining blood from "hard to draw patients" and maintaining appropriate records of specimens drawn;
Handle and properly label bio hazardous specimens;
Maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment;

Patients/Clients & Customer Service

Ensure that all patients/clients receive exceptional service and resolve issues when patients do not receive anticipated outcomes
Resolve patient complaints in a timely and professional manner
Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to our patients
Provide accurate and immediate responses to all requests by patients via email, social media as needed.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Comfortable working in a sales driven goal oriented environment
Ability to create structure and processes and ensure that they are implemented
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptionally well-organized and attentive to detail
Ability to "stay calm under pressure" and deal with business/patient issues
Able to represent our brand to all clients and patients
Self-starter, independent, and thrives in a busy environment

Education and Other Requirements:

Must have 2+ years industry experience.
Certified Phlebotomist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
