Fishetarian Fish Market Inc. is looking for upbeat, hard-working individuals to join our Front-of-House crew as Hospitality Specialists. This role goes far beyond traditional bussing—you’ll be the face of our restaurant, warmly engaging with guests and ensuring our outdoor and indoor dining spaces are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked.

Fishetarian is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Sonoma Coast—and a local favorite—with the only beachfront dining in Bodega Bay. What You’ll Do: As a Hospitality Specialist, you’ll rotate through a variety of guest-facing and facility care tasks, including:
- Greeting guests as they arrive, helping them find seating, and offering a warm welcome.
- Managing line control on busy days—directing foot traffic, maintaining flow, and reducing crowding.
- Assisting at ordering kiosks when guests need help entering orders.
- Monitoring the kiosk line and letting guests know they can order inside if the line becomes too long.
- Checking in with customers to clear trays, offer condiments/napkins, and answer questions.
- Maintaining all dining areas & keeping grounds clean- organized & trash free.
- Maintaining the sauce bar, tray stations, and condiment areas throughout the day.
- Stocking and straightening merchandise and clothing racks (making sure every style and size is available and
properly displayed).
- Rotating through quadrant duties, which include:
1. Tent and parking lot upkeep
2. Beach area & trash/recycling systems
3. Indoor dining + merch + sauce bar
4. Picnic tables adjacent to the shop /restroom zone—including bathroom checks & deep cleaning (every 30–60 minutes)
- You’ll be expected to communicate clearly, work efficiently, and take pride in keeping our space looking beautiful for all guests.

- Must be comfortable performing restroom checks/cleaning
- Weekend/holiday availability required
- Participation in ongoing team trainings and team building activities
- Follow all Fishetarian Company Policies
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance
- Maintain & comply with employee uniform policy & high standards of personal grooming
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience a plus but not required
- Food Handler’s Card (within 30 days—we’ll help you get one!)
- EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent. If in High School- must have work permit.
- Over 21+ including the ability to serve alcohol a plus but not required.
