UNION MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by the Teamsters Local 0763 collective bargaining agreement.
WORK SCHEDULE: The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Friday, 8.75 hours per day, 35 hours per week.
WORK LOCATION: Work will primarily be performed at 201 South Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98104, including hybrid work, support for field/site inspections, and remote work.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:

Possession of an Assessor's Accreditation Certificate as required by the state of Washington, or the ability to successfully obtain accreditation within the first twelve (12) months of employment;

Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Washington State driver's license.

Successfully complete background and reference checks and a pre-employment physical examination.
