Full Job Description

Job Summary

A professional insurance office in the Shreveport/Bossier City area is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to support daily administrative operations. This temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping a team run smoothly, and providing excellent internal and external customer service.

This role offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a friendly team environment, and the opportunity to build long-term administrative experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to keep daily office operations running efficiently.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, route calls, and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare meeting materials, and support office coordination needs.
Draft, edit, proofread, file, and maintain documents, reports, correspondence, and records.
Perform accurate data entry and assist with billing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping tasks.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, office supplies, and special administrative projects as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
No weekends.
Location: Bossier City, LA and Shreveport/Bossier City area.
